What are your delivery options?
Grab The Fab has personal vehicles and drivers that deliver the items to our customer (only in Cairo).
How do I return an item?
You return an item by sending it back to our location. Grab The Fab is not going to send a courier to return the items. You have to have a transportation system set up. Customers also have to follow the returns policy.
How do I pay for an item?
You pay for an item at the door. Grab The Fab only accepts cash in Egyptian Pounds. Online payment is not permitted. Grab The Fab only sells to customers in Cairo, Egypt.
How can I contact your couriers?
In the case of a delivery, our costumer will be granted the couriers number. You can contact the courier to check on his ETA or further explain your location.
Do you provide International delivery?
No, Grab The Fab only delivers in Cairo, Egypt. International delivery or selling is not an option.
What is your returns policy?
Grab The Fab customers can only return an item before 24 hour period time and items have to be in the same condition as they were when bought.
